Our cooking course begins on a Saturday and ends on a Sunday.

On Saturday we do the cooking and eating!

On Sunday we review what we have learnt and do a fun test to make sure that you have understood the lessons and are able to prepare the food on your own at home.

You are then issued with a Casa Montecucco School of  Cooking award which you can proudly display in your kitchen
